CALL FOR EXHIBITORS

FETSI Digital Futures Summit 2027 (FDFS27) invites research institutes, science organisations, universities, SMMEs, and technology-driven companies to submit applications to exhibit at the Forum.

This is an opportunity to:

• Engage with academics, industry leaders, policymakers, and civil society.

• Showcase innovative research, technologies, products, and solutions.

• Build partnerships and strengthen your visibility within South Africa’s innovation ecosystem.

• Participate in meaningful conversations shaping the future of science and technology.

DEADLINE

The exhibition application deadline is 01 May 2027.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Approved exhibitors will receive:

• A standard exhibition space.

• Basic stand infrastructure, furniture, and power supply.

• Organisation name displayed on the exhibition stand.

Please note:

• Exhibitors are responsible for their own travel, accommodation, branding, and additional stand requirements.

• Exhibition space is limited and subject to approval.

• Preference will be given to interactive exhibits, live demonstrations, and innovative technologies.

• Stand allocations will be based on alignment with the SFSA theme and networking potential.

STAND REQUIREMENTS

• Standard exhibition stands will be provided to approved exhibitors.

• Requests for larger exhibition spaces must be motivated.

• Organisations with multiple divisions are encouraged to submit a coordinated application.

• Separate applications are required for participating SMMEs.

KEY DATES

01 May 2027: Exhibition applications close

30 June 2027: Confirmation of successful exhibitors

22 July 2027: Stand construction and setup

23 July 2027: Stand dressing and exhibitor preparations
